Claims (1)

Способ хранения урожая сельскохозяйственной продукции, включающий его обработку газообразным 1-метилциклопропеном, и последующее хранение урожая в обычной или регулируемой газовой среде при пониженной температуре, отличающийся тем, что перед обработкой в сельскохозяйственной продукции определяют содержание эндогенного этилена, а обработку осуществляют путем контакта урожая сельскохозяйственной продукции с атмосферой, в которой максимальная концентрация 1-метилциклопропена в течение обработки, по крайней мере, в 1,2÷3 раза превышает концентрацию эндогенного этилена в сельскохозяйственной продукции перед обработкой.A method of storing a crop of agricultural products, including its processing with gaseous 1-methylcyclopropene, and subsequent storage of the crop in a conventional or controlled gas environment at low temperature, characterized in that before processing in agricultural products, the content of endogenous ethylene is determined, and processing is carried out by contacting the crop of agricultural products with an atmosphere in which the maximum concentration of 1-methylcyclopropene during processing is at least 1.2–3 times higher endogenous ethylene concentration in agricultural products before processing.
