Claims (13)
1. Способ получения водного средства для нанесения покрытия, отличающийся тем, что
I) получают не содержащую растворителя и N-метилпирролидона полиуретановую дисперсию, причем
I.1) сначала на первой стадии получают раствор NCO-предполимера в имеющем при нормальном давлении температуру кипения ниже 100°С растворителе с концентрацией от 66 до 98 мас.% взаимодействием
a) одного или нескольких полиизоцианатов,
b) одного или нескольких полиолов со средней молекулярной массой Мn от 500 до 6000,
c) одного или нескольких полиолов со средней молекулярной массой Мn от 62 до 500,
d) одного или нескольких соединений, содержащих ионную группу или способных к образованию ионной группы;
I.2) на второй стадии NCO-предполимер I.1) диспергируют в воде, причем перед, во время или после диспергирования осуществляют, по меньшей мере, частичную нейтрализацию ионных групп;
I.3) на третьей стадии осуществляют удлинение цепи посредством
е) одного или нескольких полиаминов со средней молекулярной массой Мn ниже 500; и
1.4) на четвертой стадии полностью удаляют растворитель отгонкой и в заключение
II) добавляют в полиуретановую дисперсию (I) от 1 до 7 мас.% простого этилен- или пропиленгликолевых эфиров, а также
III) других добавок для лаков совместно или раздельно.
2. Водное средство для нанесения покрытия, полученное по п.1.
3. Водное средство для нанесения покрытия по п.2, отличающееся тем, что полиуретановая дисперсия имеет содержание жестких сегментов между 50 и 85 мас.%, причем количество изоцианата в расчете на твердое вещество составляет между 35 и 55 мас.%.
4. Водное средство для нанесения покрытия по п.2, отличающееся тем, что кислотное число твердой смолы составляет между 12 и 30 мг КОН/г твердой смолы.
5. Водное средство для нанесения покрытия по п.2, отличающееся тем, что полиолы b) используют в сочетании с содержащим жирную кислоту полиэфиром b1).
6. Водное средство для нанесения покрытия по п.5, отличающееся тем, что компоненты b1) являются среднестатистически бифункциональными относительно ОН-групп содержащими жирную кислоту компонентами, имеющими звенья глицерина или триметилолпропана.
7. Водное средство для нанесения покрытия по п.5, отличающееся тем, что компоненты b1) являются продуктом взаимодействия со средней ОН-функциональностью 2 касторового масла с другим маслом, отличающимся от касторового масла.
8. Водное средство для нанесения покрытия по п.5, отличающееся тем, что полиолы имеют молекулярную массу Мn от 650 до 2500 г/мол, ОН-функциональность от 1,92 до 2 и являются выбранными из группы: сложный эфир, простой эфир, карбонаты или эфиркарбонаты.
9. Водное средство для нанесения покрытия по п.2, отличающееся тем, что компонентами II) являются монометиловый эфир этилгликоля, монобутиловый эфир этилгликоля, бутилдигликоль, монометиловый эфир пропиленгликоля или монобутиловый эфир пропиленгликоля.
10. Применение водного средства для нанесения покрытия по п.2 в качестве связующего в однокомпонентных (1К)-системах.
11. Применение водного средства для нанесения покрытия по п.2 в качестве связующего в двухкомпонентной (2К)-системе.
12. Применение водного средства для нанесения покрытия по п.2 для получения покрытия на впитывающих подложках.
13. Применение по п.12, отличающееся тем, что впитывающими подложками являются дерево или минеральные подложки с открытой пористостью.
