Форполимер С с терминальными изоцианатными группами с содержанием NCO-групп от ≥26,0 до ≤31,0% в пересчете на массу этого форполимера С, получаемый из реакции(i) изоцианатной композиции А с вязкостью при 25°C от ≥60 до ≤800 мПа·с, включающейот ≥25 до ≤60 мас.% мономерного дифенилметандиизоцианата А1 иот ≥40 до ≤75 мас.% полимерного дифенилметандиизоцианата А2,причем сумма долей компонентов А1 и А2 составляет ≤100 мас.%,с(ii) полиэфирполиолом В со сложными и простыми полиэфирными группами со средней функциональностью от ≥1,9 до ≤2,1 и ОН-числом от ≥200 до ≤500 мг(КОН)/г,полученным из реакции дикарбоновой кислоты и/или производного дикарбоновой кислоты В1 по меньшей мере с одним полиолом В2, а также эпоксидом B3,причем этот полиэфирполиол В со сложными и простыми полиэфирными группами используется в количествах от ≥1,5 до ≤6,0% в пересчете на сумму масс А и В.2. Форполимер по п.1 с вязкостью при 25°C от ≥300 до 1600 мПа·с.3. Форполимер по п.1, причем компонент А имеет вязкость при 25°C от ≥90 до ≤300 мПа·с и содержание NCO-групп от ≥30 до ≤33 мас.%.4. Форполимер по п.1, причем полиэфирполиол В со сложными и простыми полиэфирными группами получают из реакции ангидрида фталевой кислоты в качестве компонента В1, диэтиленгликоля в качестве компонента В2 и этиленоксида в качестве компонента B3.5. Полиуретановый/полиизоциануратный полимер, получаемый из реакции форполимера С по одному из пп.1-4 с реакционноспособным по отношению к изоцианатам компонентом D.6. Полиуретановый/полиизоциануратный полимер по п.5, причем в реакционной смеси компонентов С и D мольное соотношение изоцианатных групп и гидроксильных групп составляет от ≥1:1 до ≤5:1.7. Claims (14)
1. Форполимер С с терминальными изоцианатными группами с содержанием NCO-групп от ≥26,0 до ≤31,0% в пересчете на массу этого форполимера С, получаемый из реакции
(i) изоцианатной композиции А с вязкостью при 25°C от ≥60 до ≤800 мПа·с, включающей
от ≥25 до ≤60 мас.% мономерного дифенилметандиизоцианата А1 и
от ≥40 до ≤75 мас.% полимерного дифенилметандиизоцианата А2,
причем сумма долей компонентов А1 и А2 составляет ≤100 мас.%,
с
(ii) полиэфирполиолом В со сложными и простыми полиэфирными группами со средней функциональностью от ≥1,9 до ≤2,1 и ОН-числом от ≥200 до ≤500 мг(КОН)/г,
полученным из реакции дикарбоновой кислоты и/или производного дикарбоновой кислоты В1 по меньшей мере с одним полиолом В2, а также эпоксидом B3,
причем этот полиэфирполиол В со сложными и простыми полиэфирными группами используется в количествах от ≥1,5 до ≤6,0% в пересчете на сумму масс А и В.
2. Форполимер по п.1 с вязкостью при 25°C от ≥300 до 1600 мПа·с.
3. Форполимер по п.1, причем компонент А имеет вязкость при 25°C от ≥90 до ≤300 мПа·с и содержание NCO-групп от ≥30 до ≤33 мас.%.
4. Форполимер по п.1, причем полиэфирполиол В со сложными и простыми полиэфирными группами получают из реакции ангидрида фталевой кислоты в качестве компонента В1, диэтиленгликоля в качестве компонента В2 и этиленоксида в качестве компонента B3.
5. Полиуретановый/полиизоциануратный полимер, получаемый из реакции форполимера С по одному из пп.1-4 с реакционноспособным по отношению к изоцианатам компонентом D.
6. Полиуретановый/полиизоциануратный полимер по п.5, причем в реакционной смеси компонентов С и D мольное соотношение изоцианатных групп и гидроксильных групп составляет от ≥1:1 до ≤5:1.
7. Полиуретановый/полиизоциануратный полимер по п.5, причем реакция форполимера С с реакционноспособным по отношению к изоцианатам компонентом D происходит в присутствии вспенивающего агента Е.
8. Полиуретановый/полиизоциануратный полимер по п.5, причем реакционноспособный по отношению к изоцианатам компонент D включает в себя от ≥50 до ≤95%сложного полиэфирполиола D1 и от ≥5 до ≤50% простого полиэфирполиола D2 соответственно в пересчете на общую массу компонента D и, кроме того, сумма долей компонентов D1 и D2 составляет ≤100 мас.%.
9. Полиуретановый/полиизоциануратный полимер по п.8, причем сложный полиэфирполиол D1 имеет среднюю функциональность от ≥1,9 до ≤2,1 и ОН-число от ≥220 до ≤270 мг(КОН)/г и, кроме того, получается из реакции фталевой кислоты и/или фталевого ангидрида, а также адипиновой кислоты, диэтиленгликоля и этиленгликоля.
10. Полиуретановый/полиизоциануратный полимер по п.8, причем простой полиэфирполиол D2 представляет собой инициированный триметилолпропаном полиоксиэтилен- и/или полиоксипропиленполиол с ОН-числом от ≥200 до ≤300 мг(КОН)/г.
11. Композиционный элемент, включающий в себя слой, включающий полиуретановый/полиизоциануратный полимер по одному или нескольким пп.5-10, и покрывающий слой.
12. Композиционный элемент по п.11, причем материал покрывающего слоя представляет собой алюминий, сталь, битумы, бумагу, минеральный нетканый материал, нетканый материал, включающий органические волокна, плиту из синтетического материала, синтетическую пленку и/или древесную плиту.
13. Композиционный элемент по п.11, причем прочность адгезии между слоем, включающим полиуретановый/полиизоциануратный полимер по одному или нескольким пп.5-9, и покрывающим слоем составляет 0,20 Н/мм2.
14. Применение полиуретанового/полиизоциануратного полимера по одному или нескольким пп.5-10 в качестве изолирующего пеноматериала и/или в качестве средства, усиливающего адгезию, в композиционных элементах, причем эти композиционные элементы включают в себя слой, включающий полиуретановый/полиизоциануратный полимер по одному или нескольким пп.5-10, и покрывающий слой.
