Технологическая линия для изготовления спиральношовных труб большого диаметра из отдельных листов, содержащая связанные между собой транспортными средствами агрегаты для предварительной обработки продольных и поперечных кромок листа, стационарную и передвижную стыкосварочные установки, формовочно-сварочный стан, ультразвуковой дефектоскоп для контроля спиральных швов, установку для сварки наружных поперечных швов в трубе, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно снабжена устройством секционного типа, размещенным перед стационарной стыкосварочной установкой, для подогрева листа по всей его ширине, а также установленным перед установкой для сварки наружного поперечного шва устройством для нагрева участка трубы, включающего внутренний поперечный шов плюс 100-300 мм с каждой его стороны.A technological line for the manufacture of large-diameter spiral-seam pipes from separate sheets, containing vehicles connected to each other for preliminary processing of the longitudinal and transverse edges of the sheet, stationary and mobile butt welding machines, a molding and welding mill, an ultrasonic flaw detector for controlling spiral welds, an installation for welding external transverse seams in the pipe, characterized in that it is additionally equipped with a sectional type device placed in front of the stationary minutes stykosvarochnoy installation for heating the sheet across its width, and set before installation for welding the outer transverse seal device for heating the tube portion comprising an inner transverse seam plus 100-300 mm on each side thereof.
