Abstract
Способ лечебной физкультуры для больных с ишемическими инсультами, включающий общеукрепляющие, специальные физические упражнения и дыхательную гимнастику, отличающийся тем, что, используя стандартные методики, разделяют больных по типам функциональных асимметрий мозга и, в зависимости от индивидуального функционального профиля, назначают физические упражнения, согласованные с дыхательной гимнастикой, в которой применяют полное дыхание с чередованием упражнений с разным ритмом дыхания: вдох-выдох 1:3 и вдох-выдох 1:1, с последующей оценкой динамики изменения метаболитов оксида азота периферической крови у больных с ишемическими инсультами.A method of physiotherapy exercises for patients with ischemic strokes, including general strengthening, special physical exercises and breathing exercises, characterized in that, using standard methods, patients are divided according to the types of functional asymmetries of the brain and, depending on the individual functional profile, physical exercises are prescribed that are consistent with breathing exercises, which use full breathing with alternating exercises with different rhythms of breathing: inhale-exhale 1: 3 and inhale-exhale 1: 1, with subsequent assessment the dynamics of changes in the metabolites of nitric oxide in peripheral blood in patients with ischemic strokes.
