Abstract
1. Способ непрерывной регенерации шляпочного очеса на шляпочной чесальной машине, характеризующийся снятием шляпочного очеса, представляющего собой полотно из чередующихся сгущенных и разреженных полосок, выделением сора из очеса и передачи регенерированного прядомого волокна на прочесывание, отличающийся тем, что сгущенные полоски отделяют друг от друга вдоль разреженной части полотна, формируют дискретные полоски очеса и укладывают их вдоль полотна транспортера, соединяя концы предыдущих и начала последующих полосок очеса встык, формируя непрерывную волокнистую ленту.2. Устройство непрерывной регенерации шляпочного очеса на шляпочной чесальной машине, содержащее подающее транспортерное полотно, пару питающих валиков и механизм сепарации, включающий расчесывающие и чистительный барабанчики, колосниковые решетки, сороотводящее средство и механизм возврата регенерированного волокна, отличающееся тем, что подающее транспортерное полотно установлено горизонтально, над ним вдоль всей его длины установлено питающее устройство, состоящее из двух пар валиков, смонтированных одна над другой на расстоянии, соответствующем суммарной ширине сгущенной и разреженной полосок шляпочного очеса, причем линейная скорость отделяющей пары и равная ей линейная скорость транспортера относятся к линейной скорости принимающей пары, равной скорости шляпочного полотна, как длина полоски очеса относится к суммарной ширине ее сгущенной и разреженной частей.1.
