Claims (15)
1. Стальной лист без покрытия или оцинкованный стальной лист, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно имеет по меньшей мере на одной из своих сторон один слой из цинка или его сплава с содержанием 0,15-1 вес.% полимера, состоящего из 6-150 одинаковых или разных звеньев, общей формулы
-(CH2-C(R)(CONH2))-,
где R=Н или СН3,
и содержащего при необходимости полиаллильные звенья.
2. Лист по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанное покрытие содержит 0,15-0,60 вес.% упомянутого полимера.
3. Лист по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что один слой из цинка или его сплава с содержанием полимера в свою очередь имеет органическое покрытие, выбранное из группы полиуретанов, эпоксидных смол, полиэфиров и их смесей, причем органическое покрытие может дополнительно содержать электропроводящие частицы.

Лист по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит последовательно расположенные стальной слой, один слой из цинка или его сплава с содержанием указанного полимера, слой на основе эпоксидной смолы, в которую при необходимости может быть введена полиуретановая смола и содержащая при необходимости электропроводящие частицы.
5. Лист по п.4, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит цинковый слой, расположенный между стальным слоем и одним слоем из цинка или его сплава, содержащим указанный полимер.
6. Лист по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит последовательно расположенные стальной слой, один слой из цинка или его сплава, содержащий указанный полимер, слой на основе полиуретана, содержащий при необходимости электропроводящие частицы.
7. Лист по п.6, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит цинковый слой, расположенный между стальным слоем и указанным одним слоем из цинка или его сплава, содержащим указанный полимер.
8. Лист по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимер состоит не более чем из 80 одинаковых или разных звеньев.
9. Лист по п.8, отличающийся тем, что указанный полимер состоит из 20-30 одинаковых или разных звеньев.

Способ получения листа по любому из пунктов 1-9, отличающийся тем, что стальной лист без покрытия или оцинкованный стальной лист перемещают в ванне электроосаждения, содержащей сульфат цинка, по меньшей мере одну соль-носитель, 0,8-1,2 г/л полимера, состоящего из 6-150 одинаковых или разных звеньев, общей формулы -(CH2-C(R)(CONH2))-, где R=Н или СН3, и содержащего при необходимости полиаллильные звенья, причем показатель рН ванны составляет 0-3, для электроосаждения пропускают электрический ток между листом и по меньшей мере одним анодом, установленным в этой ванне, при средней плотности от 60 до 160 А/дм2, поддерживаемой в значительной степени постоянной.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что концентрация полимера в ванне электроосаждения составляет от 0,9 до 1,1 г/л.
12. Способ по п.10 или 11, отличающийся тем, что стальной лист без покрытия или оцинкованный стальной лист перемещают в ванне электроосаждения со скоростью от 50 до 150 м/мин.
13. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что концентрация ионов Zn++ составляет от 40 до 100 г/л.
14. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что температура ванны электроосаждения составляет от 30 до 70°С.
15. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что средняя плотность электрического тока составляет менее 120 А/дм2.
