Claims (18)
1. Абсорбирующее изделие, такое как подгузник, подгузник-трусы, защитное приспособление, используемое при недержании у взрослых, гигиеническая прокладка и т.п., содержащее, проницаемый для жидкостей, верхний лист (2), непроницаемый для жидкостей, задний лист (3) и абсорбирующее тело (4), заключенное между ними, причем изделие имеет композицию для ухода за кожей, нанесенную, по меньшей мере, на участок его так, чтобы она могла быть перенесена на кожу пользователя, причем указанная композиция является твердой при 21°С и содержит по меньшей мере
а) от 5 до 70 мас.% компонента, плавящегося в интервале температур от 25 до 37°С, выбранного из группы из синтетических восков, парафинов, сложных эфиров жирных кислот, полигидроксиэфиров жирных кислот, жирных спиртов, алкоксилированных сложных эфиров жирных кислот, алкоксилированных жирных спиртов и смесей этих соединений, и
b) от 5 до 70 мас.% компонента, температура плавления которого, по меньшей мере, на 5°С выше температуры плавления компонента а), и компонент b) выбран из группы из парафинов, полигидроксиэфиров жирных кислот, жирных спиртов с числом атомов углерода С14-С22, жирных кислот с числом атомов углерода С12-С22, алкоксилированных производных жирных спиртов и сложных эфиров жирных кислот, и смесей этих компонентов,
отличающееся тем, что композиция дополнительно содержит в качестве компонента
с) от 5 до 25 мас.% ускорителя кристаллизации, выбранного из группы из неполных глицеридов, сложных диэфиров этиленгликоля и полимерных восков при условии, что ускоритель кристаллизации имеет температуру плавления в интервале от 45 до 70°С,
при этом композиции содержат менее 5 мас.%. воды.
2. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что компонент b) имеет температуру плавления в интервале от 40 до 60°С,
3. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что компонент а) выбран из смесей глицеридов жирных кислот, имеющих от 8 до 18 атомов углерода, предпочтительно из технических категорий смесей неполных глицеридов и/или смесей с глицеридами.
4. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что компонент b) выбран из смесей глицеридов жирных кислот, имеющих от 8 до 18 атомов углерода, предпочтительно из технических категорий смесей неполных глицеридов и/или смесей с глицеридами.
5. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что компонент а) и/или компонент b) каждый содержит сложные триэфиры глицерина или неполные эфиры жирных кислот кокосового масла, причем смеси в каждом случае имеют температуру плавления в заявленном интервале.
6. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что неполные эфиры глицерина с жирными кислотами с [числом атомов углерода] С12-С21, предпочтительно монолаурат глицерина, присутствуют в качестве компонента с).
7. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что поливинилстеариловый эфир присутствует в качестве компонента с).
8. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что композиция для ухода за кожей содержит компонент а) в количествах от 10 до 60 мас.%., компонент b) в количествах от 10 до 60 мас.%. и компонент с) в количествах от 10 до 25 мас.%.
9. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что композиция для ухода за кожей имеет температуру плавления в интервале от 35 до 65°С, предпочтительно от 35 до 50°С и в особенности от 35 до 45°С.
10. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что композиция для ухода за кожей содержит силиконовые воски в количествах от 1 до 6 мас.%., предпочтительно от 1,5 до 5,5 мас.% и в особенности от 2 до 5 мас.%.
11. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что композиция для ухода за кожей содержит благоприятные для кожи и/или предназначенные для ухода за кожей вещества в количествах от 0,1 до 10 мас.%., предпочтительно от 1 до 8 мас.% и в особенности от 2 до 6 мас.%.
12. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что композиция для ухода за кожей содержит воду в количествах от 0,5 до 3 мас.%., предпочтительно от 0,5 до 2 мас.% и в особенности от 0,5 до 1,5 мас.%.
13. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что композиция для ухода за кожей содержит от 50 до 60 мас.% смеси сложных эфиров глицерина и жирных кислот кокосового масла, имеющих температуру плавления от 30 до 33°С, в качестве компонента а), от 10 до 20 мас.% линейного, ненасыщенного жирного спирта, имеющего температуру плавления от 57 до 60°С, в качестве компонента b), от 15 до 20 частей поливинилстеарилового эфира, имеющего температуру плавления от 45 до 48°С, в качестве компонента с) и, возможно, от 2 до 5 мас.% силиконового воска и от 5 до 10 мас.% вещества для ухода за кожей.
14. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что композиция для ухода за кожей нанесена, по меньшей мере, на часть верхнего листа (2) изделия.
15. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.14, отличающееся тем, что различные количества композиции для ухода за кожей нанесены в различных зонах верхнего листа.
16. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.15, отличающееся тем, что предполагаемая зона смачивания материала верхнего листа не содержит никакого количества или содержит меньшее количество композиции для ухода за кожей по сравнению с окружающими зонами материала верхнего листа.
17. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что композиция для ухода за кожей нанесена на любой материал и компонент изделия, такой как эластичные элементы, пояса, волокна и т.д., который во время использования изделия находится в контакте с кожей пользователя посредством, например, проницаемого для жидкостей, верхнего листа.
18. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, две разные композиции для ухода за кожей нанесены в различных зонах изделия.
