Claims (10)
1. Фармацевтический препарат, содержащий одно или несколько связанных с ионитом биологически активных веществ, отличающийся тем, что наполненный ионит диспергирован в среде-носителе, содержащей один или несколько структурно-вязких агентов гелеобразования.
2. Фармацевтический препарат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве структурно-вязкого агента гелеобразования он содержит полиакриловую кислоту, ксантан, микрокристаллическую целлюлозу, простой эфир целлюлозы, бентонит, высокодисперсный диоксид кремния или смесь указанных агентов гелеобразования.
3. Фармацевтический препарат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что ионит является кислым ионитом.
4. Фармацевтический препарат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что среда-носитель содержит воду.
5. Фармацевтический препарат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что биологически активным веществом, связанным с ионитом, является хинолоновый антибиотик.
6. Фармацевтический препарат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что биологически активным веществом, связанным с ионитом, является прадофлоксацин.
7. Фармацевтический препарат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что биологически активным веществом, связанным с ионитом, является энрофлоксацин.
8. Фармацевтический препарат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что биологически активным веществом, связанным с ионитом, является флупиртин.
9. Применение фармацевтических препаратов по п.1 для орального применения.
10. Применение структурно-вязких агентов гелеобразования для улучшения свойств жидких суспензий, предназначенных для использования в качестве орально применяемых лекарственных средств для животных.
