Способ получения низших олефинов, включающий предварительный термический пиролиз жидкого углеводородного сырья, с последующим совместным термическим пиролизом газообразных углеводородов и жидкого углеводородного сырья в тех же змеевиках трубчатой печи, отличающийся тем, что предварительный термический пиролиз жидкого углеводородного сырья проводят при 820-835°C в течение 48-120 ч, времени контакта 0,4-0,6 с, массовом соотношении сырье:водяной пар = 1:0,40-0,65; а последующий совместный термический пиролиз газообразных углеводородов и жидкого углеводородного сырья при содержании последнего в сырье 5-15 мас.% проводят при температуре 830-840°C, времени контакта 0,4-0,5 с; массовом соотношении сырье:водяной пар = 1:0,60-0,65.1.
