A method for predicting the results of cardiosurgical operations in the early postoperative period in patients with isolated, combined and combined lesions of the valvular apparatus of the heart, including analyzing the values of the clinical indicators of the patient's condition and identifying among them risk factors for postoperative mortality, characterized in that the initial functional class is determined as clinical indicators circulatory failure, the magnitude of the initial pulmonary hypertension, the magnitude of the initial fraction the ejection of the left ventricle, the concentration of serum creatinine in the preoperative period and the time of cardiopulmonary bypass during surgery, identify the corresponding risk factor for a functional class of circulatory failure above the third, ejection fraction of the left ventricle less than 45%, pulmonary hypertension at least 60 mm Hg, concentration serum creatinine more than 102 Mk mol / l and cardiopulmonary bypass time more than 230 minutes and in the presence of three or more risk factors, the prognosis is considered unfavorable.
