Claims (10)
1. Способ получения полиуретановых формованных изделий, имеющих плотную периферию и ячеистое ядро, включающий стадии взаимодействия органической полиизоцианатной композиции с полифункциональной, реакционноспособной относительно изоцианата композицией в присутствии гидрофторуглеродных вспенивающих агентов, отличающийся тем, что используют смесь вспенивающих агентов, которая содержит или состоит из 50-99 мас.% 1,1,1,3,3-пентафторбутана (HFC 365mfc) и 1-50 мас.%, по меньшей мере, одного фторированного углеводорода, выбранного из группы, включающей 1,1,1,2-тетрафторэтан (НFC 134a), 1,1,1,3,3-пентафторпропан (HFC 245fa), 1,1,1,3,3,3-гексафторпропан и 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-гептафторпропан (HFC 227ea).
2. Способ по п.1, в котором смесь вспенивающих агентов содержит или состоит из 80-99 мас.% 1,1,1,3,3-пентафторбутана и 1-20 мас.% 1,1,1,2-тетрафторэтана, 1,1,1,3,3,3-гексафторпропана и/или 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-гептафторпропана.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором смесь вспенивающих агентов содержит или состоит из 91-95 мас.% HFC 365mfc и 5-9 мас.% HFC 134a.
4. Способ по п.2, в котором смесь вспенивающих агентов содержит или состоит из 85-89 мас.% HFC 365mfc и 11-15 мас.% HFC 227ea.
5. Способ по п.2, в котором смесь вспенивающих агентов содержит или состоит из 91-95 мас.% HFC 365 mfc и 5-9 мас.% HFC 227ea.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором указанную смесь вспенивающих агентов используют в количестве, лежащем в интервале между 2 и 15 мас.%, в расчете на полифункциональную, реакционноспособную относительно изоцианата композицию.
7. Полиуретановые формованные изделия, получаемые способом, определенным по любому из пп.1-6.
8. Полиуретановые формованные изделия по п.7, имеющие плотность между 300 и 600 кг/м3.
9. Полиуретановые формованные изделия по п.8, имеющие плотность между 400 и 500 кг/м3.
10. Применение полиуретановых формованных изделий, определенных по любому из пп.7-9, в качестве имитации древесины.
