Способ производства этилового спирта и кормопродукта, включающий приготовление сусла, сбраживание его с получением бражки, перегонку бражки с получением этилового спирта и послеспиртовой барды, выращивание микроорганизмов на послеспиртовой барде с получением их биомассы, разделение биомассы на твердую и жидкую фракции, использование твердой фракции в качестве кормопродукта, а жидкой - в качестве оборотной технологической воды, отличающийся тем, что на послеспиртовой барде выращивают два микроорганизма: молочнокислые и пропионовокислые бактерии.1.
