Способ производства сахара, включающий извлечение сока из сахарной свеклы, физико-химическую очистку, концентрирование очищенного сока, уваривание полученного сиропа, кристаллизацию и сушку сахара, отличающийся тем, что концентрирование очищенного свекловичного сока частично или полностью осуществляют клеровкой в нем сахара - сырца.1.
