Способ обезболивания при оперативном лечении заболеваний и повреждений пояснично-крестцового отдела позвоночника, включающий внутривенное введение анестетиков, наркотических аналгетиков и седативных препаратов, отличающийся тем, что общую анестезию проводят на фоне сохраненного спонтанного дыхания пациента дробным введением 0,2 мг/кг МТ калипсола и 0,4 мкг/кг МТ фентанила через каждые 10 мин в течение операции, при этом в наиболее травматичный момент операции дополнительно производят местное орошение корешка позвоночного канала 2%-ным раствором лидокаина.A method of analgesia in the surgical treatment of diseases and injuries of the lumbosacral spine, including intravenous administration of anesthetics, narcotic analgesics and sedatives, characterized in that general anesthesia is performed against the background of saved spontaneous breathing of the patient by fractional administration of 0.2 mg / kg MT calipsol and 0 , 4 μg / kg MT of fentanyl every 10 min during the operation, while at the most traumatic moment of the operation, an additional local irrigation of the spinal canal root with 2% r a solution of lidocaine.
