Способ лечения онкологических больных, включающий химиотерапию 5-фторурацилом с последующей лучевой терапией в сочетании с платиносодержащим препаратом в первые три дня облучения, отличающийся тем, что назначают курс гидроксимочевины в течение трех дней до начала лучевой терапии и в первые два - три дня одновременно с лучевой терапией в дозе 500 мг при весе больного до 70 кг, в дозе 1000 мг при весе свыше 70 кг, 1500 мг при весе свыше 95 кг перорально два раза в день с перерывом в 12 ч, при этом платиносодержащий препарат вводят в суточной дозе 20 мг, 30 мг и 40 мг соответственно тем же весовым категориям.A method of treating cancer patients, including chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil followed by radiation therapy in combination with a platinum-containing drug in the first three days of exposure, characterized in that a course of hydroxyurea is prescribed for three days before the start of radiation therapy and in the first two to three days simultaneously with radiation therapy at a dose of 500 mg with a patient weight of up to 70 kg, at a dose of 1000 mg with a weight of over 70 kg, 1500 mg with a weight of over 95 kg orally twice a day with a break of 12 hours, while the platinum-containing drug is administered in a daily dose of 20 mg 30 mg and 40 mg, respectively, to the same weight categories.
