The invention refers to medicine, namely to the infectious diseases.Summary of the invention consists in that for treatment of the Herpes simplex infection the patients are prescribed an etiological, anti-inflammatory, sedative, analgesic, topical treatment, immunomodulators and vitaminotherapy, as well as additionally within 15 days they are administered 2 times a day for 50 mg of pacovirin per os.
