Claims (20)
1. Способ изготовления электрохимических датчиков, включающих в себя подложку, слой электрода и, по меньшей мере, первый слой реактива, причем указанный способ содержит стадии транспортирования непрерывной пленки подложки через, по меньшей мере, две станции печати и печати слоя электрода и первого слоя реактива на подложку, где с помощью одной из упомянутых станций печати на непрерывной пленке подложки отпечатывают слой электрода, а с помощью другой из упомянутых станций печати отпечатывают первый слой реактива на непрерывной пленке подложки по мере того, как ее транспортируют через станции печати.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что станции печати являются станциями глубокой ротационной печати.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что станции печати являются станциями печати через цилиндрические трафареты.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что электрохимические датчики детектируют глюкозу.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что первый слой реактива содержит оксидазу глюкозы.
6. Способ по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что одноразовые электрохимические датчики, кроме того, включают в себя второй слой реактива, который наносят на непрерывную пленку подложки с помощью третьей станции печати.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что второй слой реактива включает в себя медиатор переноса электронов.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что медиатором переноса электронов является ферроцианид.
9. Способ по любому из пп.1-6, отличающийся тем, что станции печати, которые отпечатывают слой электрода и первый слой реактива, являются отдельными отличными друг от друга станциями печати.
10. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что непрерывную пленку подложки транспортируют между станциями печати в непрерывном процессе.
11. Способ по п.9 или 10, отличающийся тем, что непрерывную пленку подложки транспортируют через сушилку, расположенную между станциями печати, на которых отпечатывают слой электрода и первый слой реактива.
12. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что сушилка является инфракрасной сушилкой.
13. Способ по любому из пп.1-12, отличающийся тем, что также содержит стадию последующего изолирования пленки после отпечатывания электрохимических датчиков, на которой изолирующий слой наносят поверх электрохимических датчиков.
14. Способ по п.13, отличающийся тем, что изолирующий слой и пленку, имеющую отпечатанные на ней электрохимические датчики, объединяют с целью получения камеры для приема пробы, которую можно открывать путем отрезания края датчика.
15. Способ по любому из пп.1-14, отличающийся тем, что также содержит стадию последующего разрезания пленки после отпечатывания электрохимических датчиков, на которой пленку нарезают на ленты, причем каждая лента содержит несколько датчиков.
16. Способ по п.15, отличающийся тем, что каждая лента содержит от 5 до 100 датчиков.
17. Кассета, содержащая корпус и ленту, расположенную внутри корпуса, на которой размещают несколько одноразовых электрохимических датчиков.
18. Кассета по п.17, отличающаяся тем, что электрохимические датчики предназначены для детектирования глюкозы.
19. Кассета по п.17, отличающаяся тем, что датчики изготовлены в соответствии со способом по любому из пп.1-16.
20. Электрохимический датчик для детектирования аналита такого, как глюкоза, в котором датчик отпечатан на подложке и покрыт изолирующим слоем, причем упомянутая подложка и изолирующий слой объединены для получения изолированной камеры для приема проб, и в котором в процессе использования изолированную камеру для приема проб надрезают, получая отверстие для приема пробы, предназначенное для введения аналита в пробу.
