Claims (10)

1. Устройство для отбора проб биологической жидкости и измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества, содержащее по меньшей мере один прокалывающий кожу элемент, содержащий отверстие для доступа биологической жидкости, гальванический элемент для измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества в биологической жидкости, содержащий по меньшей мере один пористый электрод, среду передачи жидкости, сообщающуюся по жидкости с упомянутым по меньшей мере одним прокалывающим элементом и по меньшей мере одним пористым электродом, причем среда передачи жидкости предназначена для передачи биологической жидкости, находящейся в отверстии для доступа по меньшей мере одного прокалывающего элемента, в гальванический элемент.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что среда передачи жидкости содержит слой гидрофильного пористого материала.
3. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что слой гидрофильного пористого материала содержит дистальную часть, связанную с прокалывающим элементом, и проксимальную часть, находящуюся рядом с по меньшей мере одним пористым электродом, при этом проксимальная часть имеет большую пористость, чем дистальная часть.
4. Устройство для отбора проб биологической жидкости и измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества, содержащее матрицу микроигл, каждая из которых имеет отверстие для доступа, слой пористого материала над матрицей микроигл, первый слой проводящего материала над слоем пористого материала, при этом первый слой проводящего материала выполнен пористым, причем отверстие для доступа, слой пористого материала и первый слой проводящего материала образуют путь передачи жидкости, второй слой проводящего материала, при этом первый слой проводящего материала и второй слой проводящего материала расположены на расстоянии друг от друга и биологическая жидкость, находящаяся в отверстиях для доступа, переходит в пространство между первым и вторым слоями проводящего материала.
5. Сенсорное устройство для анализируемого вещества, содержащее гальванический элемент, содержащий по меньшей мере один пористый электрод, среду передачи жидкости, находящуюся снаружи рядом с упомянутым по меньшей мере одним пористым электродом.
6. Система для отбор проб биологической жидкости из кожи пациента и измерения целевого анализируемого вещества в биологической жидкости, содержащая по меньшей мере одно устройство для отбора проб биологической жидкости по п.1, средство управления, электрически связанное с по меньшей мере одним устройством, при этом средство управления содержит средство для направления электрического входного сигнала к устройству для отбора проб биологической жидкости и приема электрического выходного сигнала из устройства для отбора проб биологической жидкости, программно-реализованный алгоритм, для вычисления и определения концентрации целевого анализируемого вещества в биологической пробе после приема электрического выходного сигнала.
7. Способ анализа биологической жидкости в коже пациента и определения концентрации целевого анализируемого вещества, содержащегося в ней, заключающийся в том, что используют по меньшей мере одну микроиглу, содержащую открытый дистальный конец, вводят по меньшей мере одну микроиглу в кожу на заданную глубину, втягивают биологическую жидкость, присутствующую у открытого дистального конца под действием капиллярных сил, передают отобранную биологическую жидкость через проводящий материал в измерительную камеру.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно осуществляют химическую реакцию отобранной биологической жидкости с выбранным реагентом в измерительной камере, подают первый сигнал в измерительную камеру, принимают второй сигнал из измерительной камеры, при этом второй электрический сигнал представляет собой концентрацию анализируемого вещества в отобранной биологической жидкости.
9. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно втягивают отобранную биологическую жидкость, присутствующую в измерительной камере, под действием капиллярных сил, передают отобранную биологическую жидкость через второй проводящий материал.
10. Способ отбора проб биологической жидкости из кожи пациента и измерения концентрации содержащихся в ней одного или более целевых анализируемых веществ, заключающийся в том, что используют систему для отбора проб биологической жидкости из кожи пациента и измерения анализируемого вещества по п.6, содержащую первое сенсорное устройство, подключенное к средству управления, прикладывают сенсорное устройство к коже пациента, при этом осуществляют отбор пробы биологической жидкости пациента и измеряют концентрацию одного или нескольких целевых анализируемых веществ в ней, извлекают сенсорное устройство из кожи пациента, извлекают указанное сенсорное устройство из средства управления, подсоединяют второе сенсорное устройство к средству управления, повторяют описанные выше операции для выполнения требуемого количества отборов проб и измерений.
