Claims (1)

Способ герниопластики больших и гигантских послеоперационных грыж, включающий пластическое закрытие и укрепление грыжевых ворот, отличающийся тем, что пластическое закрытие и укрепление грыжевых ворот производят дубликатурой из лоскутов грыжевого мешка на питающей ножке в комбинации с аутодермальным трансплантатом, при этом грыжевой мешок рассекают пополам по ходу раны, его верхний лоскут подшивают со стороны брюшины к нижнему краю грыжевых ворот, поверх него сшивают мышцы, нижний лоскут грыжевого мешка подшивают к противоположному краю грыжевых ворот, на нижний лоскут укладывают аутодермальный трансплантат и подшивают его к подлежащим мышцам.The method of hernioplasty of large and giant postoperative hernias, including plastic closure and reinforcement of the hernial portal, characterized in that the plastic closure and reinforcement of the hernial portal is performed by duplicating the flap of the hernial sac on the feeding leg in combination with an autodermal graft, while the hernial sac is cut in half along the wound , its upper flap is sutured from the peritoneum to the lower edge of the hernial collar, muscles are sutured over it, the lower flap of the hernial sac is sutured to the opposite the edge of the hernia gate, an autodermal graft is placed on the lower flap and hemmed to the underlying muscles.
