Устройство газодинамического напыления порошковых материалов, содержащее источник сжатого газа, порошковый дозатор, узел подогрева газа, сверхзвуковое сопло, пневмопровод и запорную арматуру, отличающееся тем, что устройство выполнено в виде двух блоков, связанных между собой гибкими пневмоэлектропроводами, один из которых - блок напыления - выполнен в виде переносного ручного инструмента с дистанционным управлением, включающий сверхзвуковое сопло жестко связанное с узлом подогрева газа, в металлическом корпусе которого расположен электротеплоизолятор со сквозными параллельными пневмоканалами и встроенными в них нагревательными элементами, при этом суммарное проходное сечение пневмоканалов задают из условия Re≥2300, где Re - число Рейнольдса, причем сопло установлено с возможностью изменения положения относительно своей оси и связано с дозатором порошка посредством гибкого пневмопровода и насадка, который установлен вдоль оси сопла с возможностью ввода газопорошковой смеси как в докритическую, так и закритическую часть сопла, а другой блок - управления и контроля напыления содержит электронную систему задания и автоматического поддержания величины температуры рабочего газа подогревателя и соединен электропроводом с нагревательными элементами, а также с элементом дистанционного управления электропривода порошкового дозатора.1.
