Abstract

Invention herewith described refers to a ball mill for grinding mineral raw materials, according to the invention, is intended for milling for the purpose of obtaining a suitable grain structure, increasing the surface of the crushed product, releasing the connection of mineral components in the raw-material, and the change of crystal structure of minerals. It consists of a horizontally positioned cylindrical envelope (1), the inside of which is coated by steel coatings, and by means of electric motor rotatable through two assemblies (2) of sliding bearings being positioned on the stand (17) near the barycentre, and it consists of up to five bearings with the sliding insert, a neck (3) for feeding ore into the mill and also to introduce steel balls, an outlet neck (4) with the grating for emptying the milled raw material. The assembly (2) with sliding bearings is connected to a device (12) for lubrication under low and high pressure, and the inside of the envelope (1) with a dosage unit (16) for water. Transversally on the envelope (1) there is fixed a large gearing (5) being in the engaged connection to the driving gear (6) for the connection with an air coupling (7) and the motor (8).
