Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la o instalatie pentru tratarea nisipurilor de turnatorie în vederea recuperarii cromitului. Procedeul, conform inventiei, consta în separarea materialului triat granulometric în mai multe loturi, sub actiunea simultana a unui curent de aer sub presiune trimis pe la partea inferioara a unui platou poros, înclinat, pe care se afla materialul triat, si a unor vibratii aplicate acestui platou. Combinarea acestor efecte permite separarea rapida si eficienta a cromitului de silice de o parte si de alta a masei separatoare. Instalatia pentru realizarea procedeului se compune dintr-un siloz de stocare, dintr-un siloz intermediar aflat în legatura cu un dispozitiv de triere granulometrica în mai multe loturi, pentru fiecare lot fiind prevazuta cîte o masa separatoare care are în componenta un platou poros, înclinat, sprijinit pe niste elemente elastice si prevazute cu niste mase reglabile, cu o membrana supla si cu un dispozitiv generator de vibratii. într-o alta varianta de realizare, instalatia cuprinde un siloz de stocare si un siloz intermediar pentru amestecul rezultat de la operatia de granulare, un dispozitiv de triere magnetica pentru retinerea particulelor metalice, în continuarea caruia este amplasat un dispozitiv de triere în pat fluidizat prevazut cu un desprafuitor general si cu doua aspiratoare. Unul dintre aspiratoare retine silicea pura si o evacueaza cu ajutorul unei benzi transportoare, iar celalalt preia amestecul ramas, format din cromit si silice, care este trimis în silozul intermediar ce contine amestec rezultat direct de la dezbatere.
