Abstract
Produsul pentru desulfurarea fontelor si otelurilor inhectabil prin lance, conform inventiei, este constituit din granule de Mg sau aliaje de Mg cu continut de Al, Ca, Si, pamînturile sau mischmetall, din zgura, de zgura cu continut de SiO2, CaO, Al2O3, MgO si, eventual, de adaosuri suplimentare alese între CaF2, NaF, R2O, boratii metalice alcaline si alcalino-pamîntoase. în scopul îmbunatatirii caracteristicilor tehnologice în exploatare, produsul contine 10...90% si, de peferinta 20...80% Mg sau aliaje de magneziu si 10...90% si, de preferinta, 20...80% zgura cu indicele de bazicitate egal cu cel putin 1, componenti fiind introdusi în ameste în forma de granule de 0,5...3 mm.
