Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor corticoide cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care simbolul ... reprezinta o legatura simpla sau o legatura dubla carbon carbon. R1 reprezinta hidrogen sau metil, R2 reprezinta o grupa alchil inferioara, de preferinta întrerupta cu un atom de oxigen sau o grupa benzil sau cicloalchil si R3 reprezinta un radical alchil inferior prin tratarea unui 17- hidroxisteroid cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care R1 si R3 au semnificatiile de mai sus, iar grupa 11-oxi este protejata în mod uzual, cu un acetal cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care R2 are semnificatiile mentionate mai sus, la temperatura de -20...50 degree C, în prezenta de catalizatori acizi si în mediu de solventi organici, apoi produsul de reactie este separat în mod cunoscut.
