Abstract

Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu si la un ansamblu de dispozitive ce permit asamblarea de piese care constituie osatura-suport a peretilor de compartimentare sau a cadrelor de usi si de ferestre, pentru a realiza peretii exteriori. Elementele de armatura permit realizarea unei osaturi autoportante pentru amenajarea de localuri formate din profiluri din material usor, asamblate între ele, contraforturile sunt blocate si mentinute de profilul suport de catre o tija din material suplu introdusa fortat si fixata în canelura în forma de C, prevazuta pe fata de reazem a profilului, tija avînd doua nervuri sau aripioare exterioare ce fixeaza cele doua talpi simetrice de la cele doua contraforturi; pe fata de reazem a profilului sunt asamblate transversal, printr-o piesa de jinctiune constituita dintr-un corp prismatic al carui profil exterior corespunde cu spatiul interior al profilurilor, corpul prismatic putînd sa patrunda într-un profil extremitatea lui deschisa, racordul de jonctiune avînd pe axul lui o nervura de profil complementar cu acela al canelurii prevazute pe profiluri, al doilea surub de presiune ce iese pe o fata laterala si care poate sa se reazeme pe fata interioara a profilului montat pe racord, surubul fiind accesibil, putînd sa fie manevrat de la fata opusa a racordului si fiind dispus astfel încît sa formeze un unghi putin mai mare de 90 degree .The present invention relates to a process and to a set of devices for assembling parts which constitute the support bracket of the partition walls or of the frames of doors and windows to make the outer walls.
