Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a N,N-dimetil-N'-(4-L-leucilaminofenil)-acetamidieni, care consta în aceea ca se aduce în reactie ester N-(t-butiloxicarbonil)-L-leucin-(N-hidroxisuccinimidic) cu N'-(4-aminofenil)-N,N-dimetilacetamidina în raport molar de circa 1:1 la temperatura de 0...5 degree C în mediu de tetrahidrofuran absolut, apoi amestecul se mentine sub agitare circa 12 h la temperatura camerei dupa care se evapora la sec, în acid trifluoracetic si se mentine circa 1/2 h la temperatura camerei, apoi amestecul este prelucrat, în mod cunoscut, în vederea separarii produsului de reactie.
