The essence of the industrial design is the visual and color composition, which, combined with the word and graphic combination, has a very intense impact on consumers of the goods on which it is placed. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and the attached illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows in Fig. 1 a frontal view of the label for marking Sarepska mustard packaging. The illustrative material presented in Fig. 2 is a color print of the label. The label for marking Sarepska mustard packaging, according to the industrial design, has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by its rectangular shape with a large width relative to its height. The outer edge of the rectangle is a background strip with a separate frame. Behind it, at a certain distance, are three adjacent colored frames, and behind the third frame is the label's display area. Below the label's longitudinal axis, a rectangular area is marked along its entire width with circular leading edges and an inner outline, a thin line along the outer edges. Inside the rectangle is the word "MUSZTARDA SAREPSKA" written in large, decorative letters, a thick line. Above the rectangle, on its axis of symmetry, is the company logo, representing the word "DAGOMA" written in an arc, in large, straight, decorative letters, a thick line, on a surface with the outline of two intersecting ellipses. The upper middle part is the outline of an ellipse with a longer vertical axis than the ellipse, the ends of which enclose the surface of the logo, extending to its lower outline, where, in the plane of the larger ellipse's outline, there are two-arc recesses with a common vertex. The elliptical surface of the logo is outlined with an outer thick line and an inner thin line. Below the rectangle, with a symmetrical arrangement, is the word "TRADITIONAL" written in simple, capital letters. In the plane of the company logo with the word "DAGOMA," in the right corner of the rectangle, is a graphic composition of a mustard sprig. In the left corner, at an angle, is the inscription "original recipe since 1928," written in small, decorative letters in three lines, tilted to the left, towards the frames. The label is characterized by a full color scheme, in which the rectangular edge strip is yellow, and subsequent edge frames are in the dominant colors of black, purple, and green. The display area is dark green, and the rectangular area placed against it is light green. The letters of the words "MUSZTARDA SAREPSKA" are black, while the outline line is black and purple. The letters of the word "TRADYCYJNA" are white, and the outline line is red. The letters of the word "DAGOMA" are dark green with a light green and light brown shadow. The background of the word is yellow, and the outline lines are light brown and green. The outline is a light shade. A mustard sprig with leaves, a flower, and seeds in yellow, green, and brown.
