Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do plynnych wyrobów kosmetycznych znajdujacych sie w oddzielnych szklanych butelkach. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest kompozycja plastyczna zewnetrznej powierzchni opakowania oraz przedniej powierzchni okreslajacej charakter znajdujacego sie wewnatrz wyrobu kosmetycznego. Kompozycja plastyczna i kolorystyczna bardzo sugestywnie oddzialywuje na odbiorców. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku i zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Dokumentacja rysunkowa przedstawia na fig. 1 widok czolowy przedniej powierzchni opakowania do plynnych wyrobów kosmetycznych. Material ilustracyjny stanowi fig. 2 bedacy odbitka kolorowa przedniej powierzchni opakowania jak na fig. 1. Przedstawia ona zarys prostokata, zaznaczony gruba linia, którego górne i dolne krawedzie maja zarysy lukowe z wypukloscia na zewnatrz, zas boczne krawedzie maja zarysy lukowe z wklesloscia do wewnatrz. Naroza prostokata maja ksztalty koliste. W wewnetrznej przestrzeni zewnetrznego prostokata zaznaczony jest gruba linia identyczny mniejszy prostokat. Zarysy ich krawedzi sa wzgledemsiebie równolegle. Odleglosc miedzy zarysami prostokatów tworzy pierscien, na którego powierzchni w górnej czesci wypuklosciowej znajduje sie zestaw wyrazów napisanych po luku, duzymi literami „FOR MEN". Na dolnej powierzchni wypuklosciowej umieszczony jest zestaw wyrazów napisany po luku, duzymi literami JEAU DE TOELETTE" Powierzchnia liter zestawu wyrazów „FOR MEN" jest barwy ciemnoczerwonej, zas powierzchnia liter zestawu „EAU DE TOILETTE" jest koloru czarnego. Pierscieniowe powierzchnie miedzy prostokatami, szczególnie w przestrzeniach z wypuklosciami przy krawedziach zewnetrznego prostokata, maja barwe zólta. Przy krawedziach wewnetrznego prostokata dominuje czerwien z rozjasniajaca tonacja na zewnatrz, tworzac w odbiorze calej kompozycji czerwona powierzchnie kolista, na tle której umieszczony jest wewnetrzny prostokat. W górnej czesci wewnetrznego prostokata, równolegle do górnej krawedzi, zaznaczony jest duzymi zdobniczymi literami wyraz „PREMIUM", zas w dolnej czesci, równolegle do dolnej krawedzi umieszczony jest wyraz napisany duzymi zdobniczymi literami „SCOTCH". Litery obu wyrazów maja powierzchnie kolom czerwonego. Tlo etykiety stanowi kompozycje stylizowanych, rozmieszczonych nieregularnie lisci drzew. Charakterystycznym jest symetryczny rozklad kompozycji lisci wzdluz osi pionowej etykiety. W czesci srodkowej wewnetrznego prostokata, w plaszczyznie wkleslosci bocznych krawedzi, wkomponowany jest widok perspektywiczny beczki koloru czerwonego z róznymi odcieniami, od bardzo ciemnej czerwieni na wieku beczki i dolnych bocznych krawedziach, ze stopniowym rozjasnieniem na górnej bocznej powierzchni. Wewnetrzna powierzchnia malego prostokata ma barwe o charakterze smug kolorowych, rozchodzacych sie pod katem. Powierzchnia miedzy smugami jest biala, zas po jej obu stronach, w smugach barwy zmieniaja sie stopniowo, od jasnozóltych kolorów do ciemnozóltych z odcieniem czerwonym w srodku, tworzac bardzo absorbujaca kompozycje plastyczna, laczaca w sobie czytelnosc informacji z wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is packaging for liquid cosmetic products contained in separate glass bottles. The essence of the industrial design is the visual composition of the outer surface of the packaging and the front surface, which defines the character of the cosmetic product inside. This visual and color composition has a very suggestive effect on consumers. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and accompanying illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows in Fig. 1 a front view of the front surface of the packaging for liquid cosmetic products. The illustrative material is Fig. 2, which is a color print of the front surface of the packaging as in Fig. 1. The packaging for liquid cosmetic products according to the industrial design, made of cardboard in the shape of an elongated cuboid, has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the outer surface of the cuboid is a composition of stylized tree leaves arranged irregularly. The leaf surfaces are yellow, while the remaining surface is red. The front of the packaging features a graphic design resembling a packaging label. It depicts the outline of a rectangle, marked with a thick line. The upper and lower edges have arc-shaped outlines with a convex outward curve, while the side edges have arc-shaped outlines with a concavity inward curve. The corners of the rectangle are circular. An identical smaller rectangle is marked with a thick line within the outer rectangle. Their edge outlines are parallel to each other. The distance between the rectangle outlines forms a ring, on the upper convex surface of which is a set of words written in an arc in capital letters: "FOR MEN." On the lower convex surface, there is a set of words written in an arc, in capital letters: JEAU DE TOELETTE. The surface of the letters of the set of words "FOR MEN" is dark red, while the surface of the letters of the set "EAU DE TOILETTE" is black. The annular surfaces between the rectangles, especially in the spaces with convexities at the edges of the outer rectangle, are yellow. At the edges of the inner rectangle, red predominates, with a brightening tone on the outside, creating a red circular surface for the perception of the entire composition, against which the inner rectangle is placed. In the upper part of the inner rectangle, parallel to the upper edge, the word "PREMIUM" is marked in large decorative letters, while in the lower part, parallel to the lower edge, the word "SCOTCH" is written in large decorative letters. The letters of both words are circularly red. The background of the label is a composition of stylized, irregularly arranged tree leaves. A characteristic feature is the symmetrical arrangement of the leaves along the vertical axis of the label. In the middle of the inner rectangle, in the plane of the concave side edges, a perspective view of a red barrel is incorporated, with various shades, starting with a very dark red on the barrel lid and lower side edges, gradually lightening on the upper side surface. The inner surface of the small rectangle has a color characterized by streaks of color, spreading at an angle. The surface between the streaks is white, and on both sides of it, in the streaks the colors change gradually, from light yellow to dark yellow with a red tint in the center, creating a very absorbing plastic composition, combining the readability of information with high aesthetic values, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and in the illustrative material Fig. 2.
