Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest automatyczne urządzenie do zwrotu opakowań kaucyjnych pozwalające na automatyczny odbiór dużej ilości odpadów plastikowych i aluminiowych, w szczególności butelek i puszek przy użyciu kompaktowego, wymiennego zasobnika i systemu zgniatająco-dopychającego, umieszczonego w autonomicznej, wolnostojącej maszynie. Automatyczne urządzenie do zwrotu opakowań kaucyjnych zawierające interfejs do dwustronnej komunikacji użytkownika z maszyną, identyfikator surowca zwrotnego do rozpoznawania rodzaju opakowania, otwór wsadowy dla surowca, siłownik do sprasowania surowca, system wrzutowo - wyrzutowy do przyjmowania lub odrzucania surowca, komorę dopychacza z dopychaczem surowca do prasy, płytę zgniatającą, zasobnik w którym odbywa się prasowanie i gromadzenie przetworzonego surowca, charakteryzuje się tym, że system przyjmowania surowca składający się z otworu w obudowie (1), interfejsu użytkownika (2) oraz identyfikatora surowca (3), posiada element obrotowy (4), obracający się w zakresie 360° wzdłuż osi Y, wykonany korzystnie z aluminium lub stali nierdzewnej o grubości od 2 mm do 4 mm, dodatkowo dopychacz (5) umieszczony w komorze dopychacza wykonany jest z blachy, korzystnie stalowej, o grubości 2 — 4 mm, poruszający się w płaszczyźnie pochylonej do dna pojemnika (6) w zakresie 0 do -15°, przy czym zakres ruchu liniowego po płaszczyźnie wynosi 250 — 350 mm w kierunku osi X, przy czym siła docisku generowana przez silnik elektryczny wynosi od 80 do 150 kg, dodatkowo płyta zgniatająca (7) poruszająca się w osi pionowej Z ruchem liniowym w zakresie 800 - 1000 mm w stosunku do dna pojemnika (6) za pomocą siłownika hydraulicznego (8) o średnicy tłoczyska 50 — 60 mm i skoku 800 — 1000 mm i poruszająca się wzdłuż co najmniej dwóch prowadnic rurowych (9) umieszczonych na krótszych bokach płyty zgniatającej (7), posiada wymiar 485 x 720 mm do 800 x 550 mm wykonana jest z blachy, korzystnie stalowej, o grubości 5 — 8 mm i wzmocniona jest użebrowaniem, przy czym do płyty zgniatającej (7) mocowana jest, za pomocą systemu zamków (11), płyta zabezpieczająca, która wyposażona jest w otwory zamykające, za pomocą których płyta zabezpieczająca mocowana jest do pojemnika (6) poprzez co najmniej jeden pręt zamykający, dodatkowo pojemnik (6) spawany z blachy, korzystnie stalowej, o grubości 5 - 8 mm i wymiarach wewnętrznych od 505 x 740 x 595 mm do 507 x 820 x 795 mm posiada w górnej swojej części otwory (15), poprzez które za pomocą prętów zamykający pojemnik (6) łączy się z płytą zabezpieczającą, dodatkowo pojemnik (6) w dolnej swojej części w narożnikach wyposażony jest w zespół kółek transportowych (16).The subject of the application is an automatic device for the return of deposit packaging allowing the automatic collection of large amounts of plastic and aluminum waste, in particular bottles and cans, using a compact, replaceable hopper and a crushing and pushing system located in an autonomous, free-standing machine.
