Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la obtencion de un producto de alto contenido de hierro, alto rendimiento fisico y metalurgico para su uso en hornos reductores (altos hornos y reduccion directa) y fusion (smelters, melters y hornos electricos), con el objetivo de la produccion sostenible de hierro y acero. El proceso consiste en mezclar mineral fino de hierro con biomasa, aglutinantes, nanomateriales, aditivos y catalizadores, y realizar los pasos posteriores de trituracion, aglomeracion, tratamiento termico, separacion solido-solido y coating.The present invention relates to a process for obtaining a product with a high iron content and high physical and metallurgical performance for use in reduction furnaces (blast furnaces and direct reduction furnaces) and smelters (smelters, melters, and electric furnaces), with the aim of achieving sustainable iron and steel production. The process involves mixing fine iron ore with biomass, binders, nanomaterials, additives, and catalysts, followed by the subsequent steps of crushing, agglomeration, heat treatment, solid-solid separation, and coating.
