Abstract
Un metodo para recuperar hierro y metales valiosos a partir de polvo de horno de arco electrico incluye: un proceso de tratamiento de polvo de horno de arco electrico para tratar polvo de horno de arco electrico para producir un producto intermedio que contiene hierro; un proceso de tratamiento de producto intermedio para calentar el producto intermedio a un margen de temperatura predeterminado para que se funda y reduzca el producto intermedio cargado en un horno de fusion; y un proceso de recuperacion para recuperar hierro metalico producido por reduccion del producto intermedio y recuperar los metales valiosos generados en forma de polvo. El proceso de tratamiento de producto intermedio incluye un proceso de carga de agente reductor para cargar un agente reductor que contiene carbono en el horno de fusion para aumentar una cantidad del hierro metalico reducido a partir del producto intermedio. El agente reductor se carga en el horno de fusion en una proporcion equivalente de 1,7:1 a 3,1:1 con respecto al oxido de hierro contenido en el producto intermedio.
