Claims (10)
- 제강 분진을 환원처리하여 철을 포함하는 중간생성물을 생성하는 제강 분진 처리 공정;
용융로 내에 장입된 상기 중간생성물이 용융 및 환원되도록 상기 중간생성물을 기 설정된 온도 범위로 가열하는 중간생성물 처리 공정; 및
상기 중간생성물로부터 환원되어 생성되며 상기 용융로 내에 용융된 채로 수용된 금속철을 회수하고, 상기 중간생성물 처리 공정에서 더스트 형태로 생성된 유가금속을 회수하는 회수 공정을 포함하고,
상기 중간생성물 처리 공정은,
상기 중간생성물을 상기 용융로 내부에 장입하는 중간생성물 장입 공정;
상기 중간생성물로부터 환원되는 상기 금속철의 양이 증가하도록 탄소를 포함하는 환원제를 상기 용융로에 장입하는 환원제 장입 공정; 및
상기 중간생성물 처리 공정에서 생성되는 슬래그의 염기도(CaO/SiO2)를 조절하기 위하여 플럭스(flux)를 상기 용융로에 장입하는 플럭스 장입 공정을 포함하고,
상기 환원제는 상기 중간생성물에 포함된 산화철 대비 1.7 내지 3.1 당량비로 상기 용융로에 장입되고,
상기 중간생성물은 금속철 및 산화철을 포함하고,
상기 중간생성물 장입 공정, 상기 환원제 장입 공정 및 상기 플럭스 장입 공정은 상기 용융로 내부에 상기 금속철이 용융된 상태에서 수행되는,
제강 분진으로부터 철 및 유가금속을 회수하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 환원제는 5mm 내지 20mm의 직경을 가지는,
제강 분진으로부터 철 및 유가금속을 회수하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 플럭스는 상기 슬래그의 염기도가 0.4 내지 1.5가 되도록 상기 용융로에 장입되는,
제강 분진으로부터 철 및 유가금속을 회수하는 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 플럭스는 석회석, 규사 및 백운석 중 하나 이상을 포함하는,
제강 분진으로부터 철 및 유가금속을 회수하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 회수 공정은,
용융된 상태로 상기 용융로 내에 수용된 상기 금속철을 상기 용융로로부터 배출시키고, 상기 배출된 금속철을 주조 공정을 통하여 잉곳(ingot) 형태로 회수하는 금속철 회수 공정을 포함하는,
제강 분진으로부터 철 및 유가금속을 회수하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 회수 공정은 상기 유가금속을 백필터(bag filter) 공정을 통하여 회수하는 유가금속 회수 공정을 포함하는,
제강 분진으로부터 철 및 유가금속을 회수하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 회수 공정에서 회수된 상기 금속철의 철 함량은 90중량% 이상 97중량% 이하인,
제강 분진으로부터 철 및 유가금속을 회수하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중간생성물 처리 공정에서 상기 온도 범위는 1,450℃ 이상 1,650℃ 이하인,
제강 분진으로부터 철 및 유가금속을 회수하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용융로는,
서브머지드 아크로(SAF, Submerged Arc Furnace), 교류 전기 아크로(AC EAF, Alternating Current Electronic Arc Furnace) 및 직류 전기 아크로(DC EAF, Direct Current Electronic Arc Furnace) 중 하나인,
제강 분진으로부터 철 및 유가금속을 회수하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제강 분진 처리 공정은 상기 제강 분진을 처리하여 조산화아연과 상기 중간생성물을 생성하는,
제강 분진으로부터 철 및 유가금속을 회수하는 방법.
