Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un oligonucleotido antisentido que reduce la expresion de Tau en una celula diana. Se refiere ademas a un conjugado del oligonucleotido y composicion farmaceutica y metodo in vivo o in vitro para modular la expresion de Tau. El oligonucleotido es util en el tratamiento de taupatias, enfermedad de Alzheimer, demencia frontotemporal (FTD), FTDP-17, paralisis supranuclear progresiva (PSP), encefalopatia traumatica cronica (CTE), degeneracion ganglionar corticobasal (CBD), epilepsia, sindrome de Dravet, depresion, trastornos convulsivos y trastornos motores
