Abstract
Esta invencion se refiere a un producto de pizza que se prepara por separado utilizando dos tipos de masas que se combinan tras el calentamiento. Las masas tienen diferentes caracteristicas y se calientan en combinacion con diferentes ingredientes. El procedimiento de calentamiento para las dos masas se realiza en diferentes condiciones de humedad y puede realizarse simplemente con un horno microondas convencional. La presente invencion tambien incluye un aparato y metodo para la preparacion de estas pizzas, asi como un procedimiento de entrega innovador, que permite entregar las pizzas desde una estacion de entrega central, sin necesidad de tener una o varias ubicaciones de procesamiento (por ejemplo, una cadena de tiendas fisicas) para preparar y/o cocinar el producto de pizza.
