Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a compuestos que pueden ser utiles como moduladores/agonistas de STING (estimulador de los genes del interferon), metodos de sintesis y metodos de uso para la profilaxis o el tratamiento del cancer y otras enfermedades. Estos compuestos presentan la formula de la Figura 1 o una sal farmaceuticamente aceptable, en donde: X1 es SH u OH; X2 es SH u OH; Ya es O, S, o CH2; Yb es O, S, -NH, o NRa; R1 es hidrogeno, fluoro, OH, NH2, ORb, o NHRb; R2 es hidrogeno o fluoro; R3 es hidrogeno; R4 es hidrogeno, fluoro, OH, NH2, ORb, o NHRb; o R3 y R4 se toman juntos para formar CH2O; R5 es hidrogeno o fluoro; el anillo A y el anillo B son como se indica en el texto de la reivindicacion.
