Abstract

Se proporciona un sistema para procesar una carga circulante en el circuito de conminucion de un proceso de separacion de minerales para separar particulas minerales de interes de un mineral, que presenta: una pantalla gruesa y un circuito mejorado de separacion de minerales (EMSC). La pantalla gruesa puede configurarse para recibir un bajo flujo de ciclon que tenga particulas minerales de interes y que forme parte de la carga circulante del circuito de conminucion, y proporcione alimentaciones de pantalla gruesa para procesamiento adicional. El circuito mejorado de separacion de minerales puede incluir un procesador de recoleccion configurado para recibir una de las alimentaciones de pantalla gruesa, y tambien puede incluir al menos un aparato de recoleccion ubicado en el procesador de recoleccion, el al menos un aparato de recoleccion tiene una superficie de recoleccion configurada con un polimero funcionalizado que comprende una pluralidad de moleculas que tienen un grupo funcional configurado para atraer las particulas minerales de interes a la superficie de recoleccion, y proporcionar alimentaciones de circuito mejorado de separacion de minerales para su posterior procesamiento en el sistema.
