Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a moleculas biespecificas de union a antigeno para la activacion de celulas T y redireccionamiento a celulas diana especificas que comprende: a) una primera molecula de Fab que se une especificamente a un primer antigeno tal como al antigeno de la celula diana y b) una segunda molecula de Fab que se une especificamente a un segundo antigeno tal como al antigeno de celula T activador CD3. Ademas, la presente invencion se refiere a polinucleotidos codificantes de dichas moleculas biespecificas de union a antigeno, a vectores y celulas huesped que comprenden dichos polinucleotidos, a metodos para producir dichas moleculas biespecificas, y a metodos de utilizacion de dichas moleculas biespecificas en el tratamiento de enfermedades tales como el cancer
