Abstract

La invencion se refiere a derivados de amino-quinolinas de formula I o su sal farmaceutica aceptable donde R1, R2, R3, R4 y R5 son como se definen en la memoria. Son compuestos preferidos: 1-((6-(terc-butilsulfonil)-4-((3,4-dimetil-1H-priazol-5-il)amino)quinolin-7-il)oxi)propan-2-ol, entre otros. Tambien se refiere a composiciones y metodos para elaborar los mismos. Dichos compuestos actuan como inhibidores de la RIP2 cinasa siendo utiles para el tratamiento de enfermedades autoinflamatorias reguladas por RIP2
