SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR UNA FORMA DE DOSIFICACION FARMACEUTICA DE FLORFENICOL O UN ANALOGO DE FLORFENICOL DE FORMULA (II) DONDE R1 ES H, METILTIO, METILSULFOXI, ENTRE OTROS; R2, R3 Y R4 SON CADA UNO H, HALO, ALQUILO(C1-C6), ALQUENILO(C2-C6), ENTRE OTROS; R5 ES H, ALQUILO(C1-C6), CICLOALQUILO(C3-C8), ENTRE OTROS; DONDE EL PROCESO COMPRENDE: A) OBTENER UNA COMPOSICION QUE CONTIENE FLORFENICOL O UN ANALOGO DE FLORFENICOL Y AL MENOS UNA SUSTANCIA AUXILIAR; B) RECUPERAR EL FLORFENICOL O UN ANALOGO DE FLORFENICOL DE LA COMPOSICION CON UN SOLVENTE DE AGUA, METANOL, ACETONA, ENTRE OTROS, POR CROMATOGRAFIA, QUE COMPRENDE: i) CALENTAR LA MEZCLA HASTA EL PUNTO DE EBULLICION DEL SOLVENTE; ii) ENFRIAR LA MEZCLA HASTA -25 ºC A 25 ºC; iii) AJUSTAR EL pH DE LA MEZCLA EN UN RANGO DE 1 A 12; iv) REDUCIR EL VOLUMEN DEL SOLVENTE DE LA MEZCLA POR EVAPORACION O DESTILACION; v) AISLAR EL FLORFENICOL O EL ANALOGO DE FLORFENICOL POR CENTRIFUGACION O FILTRACION; C) PURIFICAR EL FLORFENICOL O UN ANALOGO DE FLORFENICOL HASTA UNA PUREZA DE AL MENOS 90% POR RECRISTALIZACION O CROMATOGRAFIA; Y D) FORMULAR EL FLORFENICOL O UN ANALOGO DE FLORFENICOL EN UNA FORMA DE DOSIFICACION.
