SE REFIERE TAMBIEN A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA OBTENER UNA SUPERFICIE DE UN IMPLANTE METALICO QUE COMPRENDE: A) PROYECTAR PARTICULAS DE OXIDO DE ZIRCONIO A PRESION SOBRE EL AREA EXTERNA DEL IMPLANTE; B) TRATAR QUIMICAMENTE EL AREA EXTERNA DEL IMPLANTE GRANLLADA CON UNA COMPOSICION ACIDA DE ACIDO SULFURICO Y ACIDO FLUORHIDRICO; C) TRATAR TERMICAMENTE EL AREA EXTERNA DEL IMPLANTE GRANALLADA A UN TEMPERATURA DE 200-450C DURANTE 15-120 MIN.
