(a) IT IS CONTINUOUS, IN A THREE-CHAMBER SYSTEM, AND CARRIED OUT IN A TUBULAR ROTARY OVEN OR FLUIDIZED BED REACTOR. (b) IT IS PERFORMED AT LEAST PARTIALLY IN THE TUBULAR ROTARY FURNACE OR FLUIDIZED BED REACTOR ON SITU BY INCORPORATION OF GRINDING BALLS.
