SON PREFERIDOS: (5R,6S)-6-[(1R)-1-HIDROXIETIL]-7-OXO-3-[[(1R,3S)-TETRAHIDRO-1-OXIDO-3-TIENIL]TIO]-4-TIA-1-AZABICICLO[3.2.0]HEPT-2-EN-2-CARBOXILATO DE (5-(3-METILPROPIL)-2-OXO-1,3-DIOXOL-4-IL)METILO; (5R,6S)-6-[(1R)-1-HIDROXIETIL]-7-OXO-3-[[(1R,3S)-TETRAHIDRO-1-OXIDO-3-TIENIL]TIO]-4-TIA-1-AZABICICLO[3.2.0]HEPT-2-EN-2-CARBOXILATO DE (5-PROPIL-2-OXO-1,3-DIOXOL-4-IL)METILO, ENTRE OTROS. TAMBIEN SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION Y COMPOSICIONES FARMACEUTICAS. DICHOS COMPUESTOS SON UTILES EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE LA INFECCIONREFERS TO A PRO-DRUG SULOPENEM COMPOUND OF FORMULA I, WHERE R1 IS C2-C8 ALKYL. THE COMPOUND IS CONTAINED IN A FORMULATION IN A QUANTITY OF 200mg TO 4000mg.
