EL HORNO ESTA EQUIPADO CON UNA CORREA SINFIN EN LA QUE SE ALIMENTA EL OXIDO QUE SE VA A REDUCIR. EL OXIDO DE COBRE (I) QUE SE ALIMENTA AL HORNO SE SECA Y CALIENTA EN LA ZONA DE SECADO Y CALENTAMIENTO, Y POSTERIORMENTE SE EFECTUA LA REDUCCION A UNA TEMPERATURA QUE OSCILA ENTRE 600 Y 900ºC EN LA ZONA DE REDUCCION POR MEDIO DE HIDROGENO. EL COBRE METALICO QUE SE FORMA, SE ENFRIA EN LA ZONA DE ENFRIAMIENTO A UNA TEMPERATURA POR DEBAJO DE 100ºC, DESPUES DE LA CUAL SE RETIRA EL SINTER DE COBRE DE LA CORREA Y SE DESCARGA DEL HORNO. TAMBIEN SE DESCRIBE UN APARATO PARA LA REDUCCION DE OXIDO DE COBRE (I) PULVERIZADO EN COBRE METALICO EN ESTADO SOLIDO POR MEDIO DE UN GAS DE REDUCCION, EL APARATO COMPRENDE UN DISPOSITIVO DE ALIMENTACION DE OXIDO DE COBRE (I), UN HORNO TUBULAR QUE ESTA EQUIPADO CON UN TUBO EXTERNO Y/O INTERNO HERMETICO A GAS Y EN EL QUE CIRCULA UNA CORREA SINFIN, ADEMAS, EL APARATO INCLUYE UN EQUIPO DE ENFRIAMIENTO, UN EQUIPO PARA RETIRAR Y DESCARGAR EL MATERIAL REDUCIDO DESDE LAS CORREAS ASI COMO UN EQUIPO PARA LA ALIMENTACION DEL GAS DE REDUCCION EN EL EXTREMO DE DESCARGA DEL HORNO Y PARA LA REMOCION DEL MISMO DEL EXTREMO DE ALIMENTACION DEL HORNOREFERS TO A METHOD FOR THE REDUCTION OF OXIDE OF COPPER (I) SPRAYED ON METALLIC COPPER IN A SOLID STATE BY MEANS OF A REDUCTION GAS SUPPLIED TO COUNTERCURRENT IN A HERMETIC GAS OVEN. THE OVEN IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ENDLESS BELT IN WHICH THE OXIDE TO BE REDUCED IS FEEDED. THE OXIDE OF COPPER (I) THAT IS FEED IN THE OVEN DRIES AND HEATS IN THE DRYING AND HEATING AREA, AND THEN THE REDUCTION IS CARRIED OUT AT A TEMPERATURE RANGING BETWEEN 600 AND 900ºC IN THE REDUCTION AREA BY MEANS OF HYDROGEN. THE METALLIC COPPER THAT IS FORMED, COOLS IN THE COOLING ZONE TO A TEMPERATURE BELOW 100ºC, AFTER WHICH THE COPPER SINTER IS REMOVED FROM THE BELT AND UNLOADED FROM THE OVEN. IT ALSO DESCRIBES AN APPARATUS FOR THE REDUCTION OF COPPER (I) OXIDE SPRAYED ON METAL COPPER IN A SOLID STATE BY MEANS OF A REDUCTION GAS, THE APPARATUS INCLUDES A DEVICE FOR FEEDING COPPER (I) OXIDE, A TUBULAR FURNACE THAT IS EQUIPPED WITH AN EXTERNAL AND / OR INTERNAL TUBE GAS TIGHT AND IN WHICH AN ENDLESS BELT CIRCULATES, IN ADDITION, THE APPLIANCE INCLUDES A COOLING EQUIPMENT, A EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE AND UNLOAD THE REDUCED MATERIAL FROM THE BELTS AS WELL AS A EQUIPMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF THE REDUCTION GAS AT THE OVEN DISCHARGE END AND FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE SAME FROM THE OVEN SUPPLY END
