DONDE EL METODO COMPRENDER: a) LIMPIAR QUIMICA Y/O MECANICAMENTE ELEMENTOS EXTRANOS ORGANICOS E INORGANICOS DE LA SUPERFICIE DEL ELECTRODO; Y, b) PULVERIZAR POR LO MENOS UN OXIDO DE UN METAL DE TRANSICION EN FORMA DE POLVO, SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE DEL ELECTRODO EN FORMA DE UN REVESTIMIENTO CATALITICO, LUEGO DEL CUAL EL ELECTRODO ESTA LISTO PARA SER USADO SIN TRATAMIENTOS CALORICOS SEPARADOS. LA TECNICA DE PULVERIZACION ES LA HVOF o ES EN FRIO MANTENIENDO LAS PROPIEDADES FISICAS Y QUIMICAS DEL CATALIZADOR. EL REVESTIMIENTO ES DE LA FORMA DE MO2, MO3, M3O4 o M2O5, DONDE M ES UN METAL DE TRANSICION; Y ESTA HECHO DE MnO2 (BMnO2, MnO2 QUIMICAMENTE MANUFACTURADO, MnO2 ELECTRO-MECANICAMENTE MANUFACTURADO, MnO2 TRATADO POR CALOR O MnO2 NATURAL), PtO2, RuO2, IrO2, Co3O4, CoFe2O4, Ni02, TiO2, PEROVSKITAS, SnO2, Ta2O5 o MoO3.
