Abstract

Se da a conocer un electrodo (10). El electrodo (10) comprende un electrodo sustrato (20). Una capa de TiOˣ (30, 40) con un espesor total en el rango de entre 40 - 200 mm está presente sobre al menos una superficie del electrodo sustrato (20) y una porosidad de capa de TiOˣ (30, 40) es menor que 15%. Una capa electro-catalítica (50) que comprende óxidos de rutenio y cerio que comprende al menos 50 % molar de óxidos de rutenio está presente sobre la capa de TiOˣ (30, 40), donde x se encuentra en el rango de 1 - 2 para la capa de TiOˣ.
