Abstract
DONDE EL HORNO ES DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO PARA EL TOSTADO DE UN MATERIAL DE GRANO FINO. TAL DISPOSITIVO COMPRENDE UNA UNIDAD DE DISTRIBUCION DE GAS SITUADA EN LA PARTE INFERIOR DEL HORNO, CONECTADA A UN GRAN NUMERO DE SURTIDORES, CON LOS CUALES EL GAS ES ALIMENTADO A TRAVES DEL FONDO DE UNA PARRILA DENTRO DEL ESPACIO DEL LECHO FLUIDIZADO, DENTRO DEL CUAL EL MATERIAL SOLIDO ES ALIMENTADO VIA UNA UNIDAD DE ALIMENTACION UBICADA EN UNA PARED DEL HORNO. TAL QUE DICHA PARED ESTA EQUIPADA CON UNA ABERTURA DE REBOSE PARA EL MATERIAL CALCINADO Y CON UNA ABERTURA DE DESCARGA UBICADA EN LA PARTE SUPERIOR DEL HORNO. CARACTERIZADO PORQUE LA PARRILLA DEBAJO DEL PUNTO DE ALIMENTACION DEL MATERIAL DE GRANO FINO ESTA EQUIPADA CON SURTIDORES DE GAS EXTRA, LOS CUALES ESTAN CONECTADOS A SU PROPIA UNIDAD DE ALIMENTACION
