Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- (I) 제 1 및 제 2 표면을 가지고 적어도 제 1 표면이 처리된 중합체 기재;(II) 상기 중합체 기재의 상기 처리된 표면상에 무기산의 촉매량의 존재하에 알데히드 함유 교차결합제로 교차결합시킨 폴리비닐 알코올을 포함하는 산소 차단체; 및 (III) (1) 상기 산소 차단체의 외부 표면에 적층된 셀룰로스 재료, (2) 적어도 하나의 처리된 표면 및 금속 코팅을 가진 배향된 폴리올레핀층을 포함하는 금속화된 중합체 복합물, 또는 (3) 상기 제 2 표면에 부착된 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드층을 포함하는 습기차단체를 초함하는 중합체 필름 구조물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로스 재료가 종이, 판지 또는 섬유판재이고, 상기 배향된 폴리올레핀층이 배향된 폴리프로필렌, 또는 폴리프르필렌 및 폴리에틸렌이며, 상기 금속 코팅이 알루미늄, 구리, 은 또는 크롬인 필름 구조물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산소 차단체와 상기 셀룰로스 재료 또는 상기 금속화된 중합체 복합물 사이에 접착제를 추가로 포함하는 필름 구조물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기접착제가 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리에틸렌인 필름 구조물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 기재가 배향된 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 나일론, 캐스트(cast)폴리올레핀 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 필름 구조물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 알데히드 함유 교차결합제가 요소 포름알데히드, 멜라민 포름알데히드, 메틸화된 멜라민 포름알데히드, 트리메틸을 멜라민 요소 포름알데히드 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 필름 구조물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산소 차단체가 62.5 내지 95중량%의 상기 폴리비닐 알코올 및 5내지 30중량%의 상기 교차결합체를 포함하는 필름 구조물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산소 차단체가 0.1 내지 7.5중량%의 상기 무기산을 포함하는 필름 구조물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 기재가 적어도 하나의 표면에 공압출된 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합체를 추가로 포함하는 필름 구조물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중합체 기재가 적어도 하나의 표면에 프라이머를 추가로 포함하며, 이 프라이머는 모노알데히드를 아크릴아미드 또는 메타크릴아미드와 1종 이상의 기타 불포화 단량체 공중합체와 축합 반응시켜 제조되는 프라이머; 아미노알데히드를 아크릴아미드 또는 메타크릴아미드와 축합 반응시키고 그 축합 반응 생성물을 C1-C6알칸올의 존재하에 또 하나의 불포화 단량체와 공중합시켜 제조되는 프라이머; 폴리(에틸렌이민); 및 에폭시 수지와 산성화되고 아미노에틸화된 비닐 중합체의 반응 생성물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 필름 구조물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체기재가 그 하나의 표면에 열밀봉층을 추가로 포함하는 필름 구조물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 셀롤로스 재료가 그 외부 표면에 열밀봉층을 포함하는 필름 구조물.
- 산소 및 습기 차단 특성이 향상된 중합체 필름 구조물로서 하기 단계들에 의해 제조되는 필름 구조물:(i)산소 차단체를 수용하기에 적하하게 된 중합체 기재의 한쪽 표면을 폴리비닐 알코올, 알데히드-함유 고차결합제 및 촉매량의 황산의 수용액으로 코팅하고 사기 폴리비닐 알코올이 교차결합되게 하여 산소 차단체를 형성하는 단계 ; 및 (ii) (1) 상자형 판재를 상기 산소 차단체의 상기 외부 표면상에 접착 적층시키거나, 또는 (2) 금속화된 배향 폴리프로필렌을 상기 산소 차단체층의 상기 외부 표면상에 접착 또는 압출 적층시키므로써 습기 차단체를 상기 산소 차단체의 외부 표면에 제공하는 단계.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 수용액이 62.5 내지 95중량%의 상기 폴리비닐 알코올, 5 내지 30중량%의 상기 교차 결합제 및 7.5중량% 이하의 상기 황산을 포함하는 고형 성분을 포함하는 필름 구조물.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 중합체 기재가 35dyne/cm이상의 표면 자유 에너지를 가지도록 처리한 필름 구조물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산소 차단체상에 또는 상기 습기 차단체상에 불투명층을 추가로 포함하며, 이 불투명층은 공동화된 (cavitated) 폴리올레핀 또는 그 혼합물인 필름 구조물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산소차단체상에 적층된 외부층을 추가로 포함하는 필름 구조물.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 외부층이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 배향된 폴리비닐리덴, 나일론,저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌인 필름 구조물.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 외부 중합체층이 종이, 판지 또는 섬유판재인 필름 구조물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
