Description
Claims (14)
- 폴리아세탈 기제주지와, 코어로서 고무질 중합체와 셸로서 산소 극성기를 갖는 유리질 비닐 공중합체를 갖는 코어-셸 중합체의 표면광택을 감소시키는 유효량의 용융 혼합으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저표면광택 특성을 나타내는 성형성 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리질 비닐 공중합체 셸이 알코올의(메트) 아크릴레이트이고 상기 알코올이 둘 또는 그 이상의 산소 극성기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기(메트) 아크릴레이트가 히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 또는 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산소극성기가 히드록실기 또는 글리시딜기인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어-셸 중합체가 올리고머 계면활성제를 사용하는 에멀젼 중합반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아세탈 기제수지가 폴리아세탈 단일중합체 또는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어-셸 중합체가 폴리아세탈 기제수지 100중량부당 1내지 50중량부 사이의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
- 폴리아세탈 기제수지와 코어로서 고무질 중합체 및 셸로서 산소 극성기를 갖는 유리질 비닐 공중합체를 갖는 코어-셸 중합체의 표면광택을 감소시키는 유효량을 포함하는 폴리아세탈수지 조성물을 필수적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저표면광택 특성을 나타내는 폴리아세탈 수지성형품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유리질 비닐 공중합체 셸이 산소 극성기를 갖는 알코올의(메트) 아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지성형품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기(메트) 아크릴레이트가 히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 또는 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지성형품.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 산소 극성기가 히드록실기 또는 글리시딜기인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지성형품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 코어-셸 중합체가 올리고머 계면활성제를 사용하는 에멀젼 중합반응생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지성형품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아세탈 기제수지가 폴리아세탈 단일 중합체 또는 공중체인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지성형품.
- 제8항에 있어서 상기 코어-셸 중합체가 폴리아세탈 기제수지 100 중량부당 1 내지 50중량부 사이의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지성형품.
