Claims (14)

  1. 하기 식의 화합물 :
    이때 M은 Ru, Os 및 Re로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고 ; u·t=v,u는 1 또는 2이고 t는 1 또는 2이고 ; L1, L2및 L3는 동일하거나 상이하고 각각은
    이고, 이때 R1,R2,R3,R4,R5및 R6는 동일하거나 상이하고 각각은 H, 1-5 탄소 원자의 알킬기,
    R1,R2,R3,R4,R5 및 R6중 적어도 하나는
    n은 1-20 범위의 정수이고 ; X는 O,S,SO2,COO, 및 CONH로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고 ; a 및 b는또는 모르폴리노이고, 단 a 및 b는 동일하지 않고 ; Z는 M과 관련된 반대 이온이고 이는 부가적으로, 리간드 L1,L2및 L3가 상기 화합물이 전기화학발광을 할 수 있도록 선택됨을 조건으로 한다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, L1,L2및 L3가 모두 치환된 또는 비치환된 비피리딜이고 n이 4 내지 7인 화합물.
  3. 하기식의 화합물 ;
    이때 M은 Ru,Os 및 Re로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고 ; L1,L2및 L3는 동일하거나 상이하고 각각은
    이때 R1,R2,R3,R4,R5및 R6는 동일하거나 상이하고 각각은 H 또는 1-5 탄소원자의 알칼기이나, 단 R1-R6중 하나는 하기식의 링커이고 :
    (이때 n은 1-20의 정수이고 X는 O,S,SO2,COO 및 CONH로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고 ; y는 1-20의 정수이고 ; Z는 0 또는 1이고 ; B는 이분자 또는 그의 합성 동족체이고, 포스포디에스테르기는 동일한 이분자에 결합되며 ; 상기 화합물은 전기화학발광할 수 있다.
  4. 하기식의 착물
    이때 M은 루테늄, 오스뮴 또는 레늄이고 ; R1,R2,R3,R4및 R5는 동일하거나 상이하고 각각은 H 또는 1-4 탄소원자의 알킬이고 ; n은 1 내지 20의 정수이고 ; X는 O,S,SO2,COO 및 CONH로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고 ; y는 1-20의 정수이고, z는 0 또는 1이고 n은 1-1000의 정수이고 ; NAB는 변형된 또는 변형되지 않은 핵산 염기이며 ; 상기 착물은 전기화학발광할 수 있다.

  9. 하기 (a)-(c)로 구성되는, 중합효소 연쇄 반응 또는 기타 프라이머-의존성 반응의 증폭 생성물내의 관심있는 핵산을 검출하기 위해 중합효소 연쇄 반응 또는 기타 프라이머-의존성 반응을 수행하는 방법 : (a) 상기 중합효소 연쇄 반응 또는 기타 프라이머-의존성 반응에 하기식의 프라이머를 혼입시키고 :
    (이때 M은 루테늄, 오스뮴 또는 레늄이고 ;R1,R2,R3,R4및 R5는 동일하거나 상이하고 각각은 H 또는 1-4 탄소원자의 알킬이고 ; n은 1 내지 20의 정수이고, X는 O,S,SO2,COO 및 CCNH로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고 y는 1-20의 정수이고, z는 0 또는 1이고, m은 1-1000의 정수이고 ; NAB는 변형된 또는 변형되지 않은 핵산 염기임) ; (b) 중합효소 연쇄 반응 또는 기타 프라이머-의존성 반응을 수행하고 ; (c) 관심있는 증폭된 핵산의 전기화학발광을 측정한다.
